International – We ship to most countries worldwide.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options: International shipping & Domestic shipping.

Shipping costs depend on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

7.1 Delayed Deliveries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:

7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7.3 Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address was provided during checkout, please contact us immediately.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
