At GotchaMart, we ensure that you can track your orders easily and in real time. We partner with ParcelsApp to provide a seamless tracking experience.

1. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

✅ Your tracking number

✅ A tracking link to monitor your package’s journey

You can track your order in :

1️⃣ Via ParcelsApp: https://parcelsapp.com/ – Simply enter your tracking number.

2. TRACKING UPDATES & DELIVERY STATUS

Your tracking status may show:

Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipping.

Shipped: The package is on its way to the carrier.

In Transit: Your package is moving through the shipping network.

Out for Delivery: The package is arriving soon.

Delivered: Your order has reached its final destination.

📌 If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please contact us.

3. DELIVERY DELAYS & ISSUES

If your tracking shows delayed or stuck, wait 24-48 hours as updates may be slow.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@gotchamart.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
