Returns & Refunds Policy

At GotchaMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

✅ It must be opened or unopened, and in its original condition.

✅ It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

✅ You must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Personalized or custom-made products.

🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

🚫 Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear).

2. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact us at hello@gotchamart.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2️⃣ Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

3️⃣ Ship the item – If approved, send the item back to our return address.

4️⃣ Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method

💳 Payments made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods will be refunded to the original payment method.

🎁 If the order was purchased with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

Items that show signs of use or wear.

Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Returns requested after the return window has expired.

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@gotchamart.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

1️⃣ Check your bank account or PayPal balance.

2️⃣ Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

3️⃣ If you still do not see your refund, email us at hello@gotchamart.com for assistance.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
