Returns & Refunds Policy

At GotchaMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be opened or unopened, but must be in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in theΒ original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Return requests must be initiated withinΒ 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@gotchamart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  4. Receive your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due toΒ our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is forΒ other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds for credit/debit cards, or other methods will be returned to theΒ original payment method.
  • Orders paid with aΒ gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@gotchamart.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank accountΒ balance again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider β€” it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@gotchamart.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
