2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours (business days only).
- Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, depending on your delivery address and local carrier.
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email; tracking may take up to 2 to 3 days to reflect real-time updates.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service issues, or force majeure events.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below:
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Both opened and unopened items may be returned, provided the product is in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components (manuals, accessories, etc.).
- Some items (such as intimate products, clearance items, or perishable goods) may be non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
