1. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
✅ Your tracking number
✅ A tracking link to monitor your package’s journey
You can track your order in :
1️⃣ Via our form : simply add your first name & last name, and click on the form.
2️⃣ Via ParcelsApp : https://parcelsapp.com/ – Simply enter your tracking number.
2. TRACKING UPDATES & DELIVERY STATUS
Your tracking status may show:
• Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipping.
• Shipped: The package is on its way to the carrier.
• In Transit: Your package is moving through the shipping network.
• Out for Delivery: The package is arriving soon.
• Delivered: Your order has reached its final destination.
📌 If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please contact us.
3. DELIVERY DELAYS & ISSUES
• If your tracking shows delayed or stuck, wait 24-48 hours as updates may be slow.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@gotchamart.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

📦 Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package and delivery updates in real time. You can also follow our page follow my package.
🔄 Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed yet. To do so, please contact our support team as quickly as possible via email or phone.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse team, it cannot be changed or canceled. We recommend double-checking your cart before confirming payment.
📧 I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Is that normal?
Sometimes the confirmation email lands in the spam folder. Please check there first.

🚚 What are the delivery times?
Our standard shipping time is approximately 4 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

We never store your payment information on our servers.
